Gaming Chair APEX Pink

The wheels sent with the package will not attach to the base. There is nothing to secure them inside each hole. They don't slide down inside the holes either. The spindle just goes slightly inside the opening. No threading on the spindles either. No way to attach the wheels to actually use the chair
