Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We use either UPS or FedEx based on the shipping address. Kindly understand that it may not be possible to accommodate specific preferences in this regard.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Free shipping is available for product orders, while replacement parts orders will incur a shipping charge. You can anticipate its delivery within the standard timeframe of 2-5 business days.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

NEO Direct cannot ship products to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Neo Direct is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Neo Direct is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Neo Direct’s shipping options work only within the United States. Therefore, shipping rates for other countries outside the United States can not be calculated.

However, you can personally arrange for a freight forwarding agency to have the item shipped to your country! We will ship the item to your forwarding service location in the US.
